PRAYERS FOR SEVEN KINDS OF VICTORIES
1) VICTORY OVER DEMONIC OPPRESSIONS.
Luke 9:1 “Then he called his twelve disciples together and gave them power and authority over all devils, and to cure diseases.”
Three types of oppression:
a) Mental oppression.
b) Marital oppression.
c) Advancement of oppression.
Prayer points:
Isa 38:14 …O LORD, I am oppressed; undertake for me.
Grant me victory over all kinds of oppression.
2) VICTORY OVER MOUNTAINS THAT SEEM UNSURMOUNTABLE.
JOB 28:9 “He putteth forth his hand upon the rock; he overturneth the mountains by the roots.”
The God that can overturn mountains from the root should be the God:
a) Who knows how you were formed from the womb.
• Isaiah 44:2 “Thus saith the LORD that made thee, and formed thee from the womb, which will help thee…”
b) Who can describe you to the root.
• Micah 1:6 “… and I will discover the foundations thereof.”
C) Who can correct the mistakes you made at your beginning
• Isaiah 42:16 “And I will bring the blind by a way that they knew not… and crooked things straight…”
d) Who can give you a better ending even if your beginning is worse
• Job 8:7 “Though thy beginning was small, yet thy latter end should greatly increase.”
Prayer Point:
My father, my father, overturn my mountains from the root.
3) VICTORY OVER CONSISTENT SICKNESS.
John 5: 5-8 “And a certain man was there, which had an infirmity thirty and eight years.
6 When Jesus saw him lie and knew that he had been now a long time in that case, he saith unto him, Wilt thou be made whole?
7 The impotent man answered him, Sir, I have no man, when the water is troubled, to put me into the pool: but while I am coming, another steppeth down before me.
8 Jesus saith unto him, Rise, take up thy bed, and walk.”
• The testimony of a pastor’s wife in P/H Crusade.
• The testimony of a sister at Badagry Crusade.
Prayer points:
My father, my father, TOUCH ME NOW AND HEAL ME. Mat 17:7 “And Jesus came and touched them, and said, Arise,”
4) VICTORY OVER NIGHTMARE BATTLES.
Mat 13:25 “But while men slept, his enemy came and sowed tares among the wheat, and went his way.”
• Some of the tares sowed into your soul while asleep.
◦ Demonic food.
◦ Demonic sex
◦ Rigorous labour.
◦ Night trip without a destination
◦ Swimming in the river
◦ Turning to different animals.
◦ relationship with spirit husband/wife.
◦ Financial frustration.
◦ Home/Marriage dispute.
◦ Various degrees of attacks
◦ Bedwetting.
Prayer points:
My father, my father, deliver my soul from the prison. Ps 142:7 Bring my soul out of prison.
5) VICTORY OVER FALSE ACCUSATIONS.
Gen 40:21 “And he restored the chief butler unto his butlership again, and he gave the cup into Pharaoh’s hand.”
Two Major ways you can be wrongfully accused:
a Physically –
b Spiritually – when the wicked forces are using your image for people to see you in their dream on what you know not about.
Prayer Points:
My father, my father, give me victory over false accusations.
Henceforth, I stop suffering for what I do not know about.
Ps 69: 4 They that hate me without a cause are more than the hairs of mine head: they that would destroy me, being mine enemies wrongfully, are mighty: then I restored that which I took not away.
6) VICTORY OVER SLOW ADVANCEMENT.
Act 3:2 “And a certain man lame from his mother’s womb was carried, whom they laid daily at the gate of the temple which is called Beautiful, to ask alms of them that entered into the temple.”
• Anyone who is suffering slow advancement cannot but have the spirit of lameness in his life.
• How would you know if the spirit of lameness is in you?
◦ When you sleep, you would see yourself picking a snail. Naturally, snails are slow-moving animals.
◦ You will at times find yourself in the place you once lived.
◦ Physically, what you suppose to have achieved within a few years will tarry for many years.
Prayer Points:
Spirit of lameness, get out of me now!
7) VICTORY OVER SINS AND LUSTS OF THE FLESH.
Prov 6: 24-29 “To keep thee from the evil woman, from the flattery of the tongue of a strange woman. 25 Lust not after her beauty in thine heart; neither let her take thee with her eyelids. 26 For by means of a whorish woman a man is brought to a piece of bread: and the adulteress will hunt for the precious life. 27 Can a man take fire in his bosom, and his clothes not be burned? 28 Can one go upon hot coals, and his feet not be burned? 29 So he that goeth into his neighbour’s wife; whosoever toucheth her shall not be innocent.”
Prayer Points:
Father, deliver me from the spirit of lust.
